The Project of the courses of computers and sewing

Our organization started on 1/9/2005 in implementing training course in computer and training courses in sewing in cooperation with Iraqi societies platform in Holland and with the support of the Holland organization for the development cooperation.

With regard to the computers course, 16 participants took part in this course where a series of theatrical and practical lectures were given to them about the basis principals of the computers, its components an kind of operation systems used and the advantages of each system and entering into the details of the operation system (Windows XP).

As for the reaming programs used (office) which is a typing program (World) and (Excel), detailed practiced lectures were given to the participate with all what is related of explanations and illustrations, also practical explanation was given to the (Power Point) program according to the request and desire of 7 female participates and the theoretical and practical lectures in this program were obtained, i.e. the attendance was optional provided that the participants are not less then five.

Finally in the field of the internet, the participants were given a series of theatrical lectures through which the idea of establishing the internet in the world was explained and the stages of development of the internet and how lectures into the internet and browse and open the E-mail.

And also an evaluation of the computer course we could say that the course was successful and the participants could work on the programs explained skillfully and they could use the internet and browse, and each participate had her own E-mail address and the essential thing is that the participants have the desire to work on the computer. Thus we could say that the course was successful and useful where participants could work in computer bureaus and in the department and companions, thus this course increased the opportunities of finding jobs and they expressed their thank and appreciation to Tamuz Organization and to whoever participated in the idea of the projects and its support. 

As for the sewing course, our organization started ion 1/9/2005 in implementing the project of training course in sewing in cooperation with the Iraqi platform in Holland with the support of the Holland organization for development cooperation.

In the sewing course (8) participants took place where a series of theorized and practical lectures were given to them and the course included five stages as shown in the table:

And as evaluation to the sewing course, it was successful and the participants attained experience in the art of tailoring and sewing and because qualified to work in various places such as sewing factions and shops and others and they expressed their thanks for the efforts of the organization and to participated in the idea of the project and its supports.
