The Project
of joint Coexistence
Under
the slogan (the National, Religions and
sectarian variety is wealth and enrichment and
note a factor of weakness and division)
Our organization has implemented the project
of joints coexistence, through which we
endeavored to raise the level of awareness in
the field of joint coexistence among the
computers of the Iraqi people and participating
in eliminating the ethnic fanaticism and the
national and sectarian superiority and the
discrimination on the basis of religion, faith
race and sex.
Preparations for implementing this project
started since 1/5/2006, while the actual
implementation of the project was during the
period from (7/5/2006 up to 26/5/2006), where
educational courses, dialogues, discussions and
competitions and recreational program prepared
to crate an atmosphere of friendship, affinity,
affection and respect of the other opinion among
the participants who are representing various
nationalities, sects and faiths.
The project was implemented in the following
governorates (Basra, Ninava, Diwaniyia, Salah
Al-Deen, Diyala, Kirkuk, Baghdad and Arbil), and
was represented by holding courses in two
stages. The first stage was implemented inside
the governorate for the governorates of (Basra,
Diwaniyia, and Baghdad), and part of the courses
was implemented in Arbil governorates concerning
the governorates (Salah Al-Deen, Kirkuk and
Mosoul) as and Diyala governorates the courses
was held in Baghdad and (25) male and female
participants of youth participated in it, and
which the two international conventions
pertaining civil and political rights and the
social, economic and cultural rights were
explained in a simplified way and lectures were
given about the agreement of elementary all
kinds of discrimination and rejecting violence
and other theoretical lectures included
discussion and dialogue between the
participants, and practical exercises. As for
the second stage whose period is also days, it
was in the town of shaqlawa in Arbil
governorates where the course our completed
three and they were twin courses i.e. the
participants in each course are from two
different governorates, for instance the first
course was from the governorates of (Mosoul and
Basra) and so on for the other courses which
were held in the twon of Shaqlawa. In each of
the twin courses participated about 50
participants of both sexes of various components
of the Iraqi Society and an educational program
was prepared for these course represented in the
first and second days in each course by giving
lectures and working groups and discussions.

It also included recreational program in order
greater opportunity to mixdiscuss and exchange
information and opinions. This aspect was
represented by performing musical performers on
the evening of the second day of the courses,
and most participants expressed their pleasure
with the atmosphere through various songs and
folklore dancing. On the third day of each
courses the organization arranged trips to the
resort of Arbil (Barkhal, Gali AliBik and
Jandian) which created on atmosphere of joint
coexistence friendship and affection. And on
the third day in each courses a concluding
celebration was performed in which appreciation
certificates were distributed to their
participants. And table No. 4 illustrates the
program of the courses. Through implementing the
project of joint coexistence about (203)
participants were educates and most of them were
from the youth and of various nationalities,
religions, sect and fourth which represent the
components of the Iraqi society.
Evaluation of the Project:
Through the discussions, dialogues and excesses
which were held through working groups during
the courses and through the evaluations written
by the participates in the courses and which are
attached with the report, we believe that we
have achieved the basic aim of implementing our
humble through which we endeavored to raise the
level of educational evacuees in the field of
joint coexistence between the components of the
Iraqi people and eliminatory the racist
fanaticism and national and sectarian
superiority and discrimination on the basis of
religions, faith, race and sex and the division
between the components of the Iraqi people, as
well as enlightening and educating the
participates in the equal rights of citizenship
and the freedom of opinion and expressions and
the freedom of religions and faith… etc. also
through the program which was set for the
courses of lecturers, exercise and work in
working groups. With regard to the recreational
program which was represented by parties,
evenings. Competitions and recreational (trips
all created a distinguished atmosphere and gave
great opportunity to nix, discuses and exchange
information and opinions. Most of the
participated expressed their pleasure with their
atmosphere through the folklore dancing and
various sings. Also all the participates exposed
their thanks and gratitude for whole Tamuz
Organization has provided for their of
opportunity to mix and get acquainted with the
cultures and customs of each nationality or
sect. these activities created an atmosphere of
joint coexistence among the participates who
belong to various nationalities, religions and
faiths which spread the spiut of forgiveness,
affection and friendship among them.
The participates expressed their thanks and
appreciation for Tamouz Organization and for the
supporting side of the project and to the
lectures and to those participated in
implementing this project for the special
importance it has in our present situation in
Iraq.
